  annote =       { On-line video sequences acquired by cameras on board of a
                   small surveillance plane are very unstable. As a first step
                   facilitating visual interpretation, a dynamic adaptation of
                   brightness and contrast have been designed and
                   implemented. Secondly, stabilisation of camera movement is
                   achieved. After stabilisation, moving object are
                   identified. Finally, objects of interest, whose models are
                   automatically built from example images, are recognised and
                   localised. },
