	annote = { In this paper we present a level-controlled fuzzy memory element
		based on a generalization of the classical two-valued R-S flip-flop. Our
		memory element is small, simple and hazardless and thus suitable for a
		hardware implementation.  We show that the circuit is stable with respect
		to small errors of input signals as well as to small errors of the gates;
		we show that this stability is conditioned by restricting the set of fuzzy
		values to a finite subset of the interval $[0,1]$. },
