annote = {The topic of this diploma thesis is epipolar rectification.
  The theory and state of the art are discussed emphasizing the
  rectification methods suitable for wide-filed-of-view cameras with
  dominant forward motion. Based on the theoretical background two
  rectification algorithms are chosen for implementation. The issue of
  optimized resampling is addressed considering local spectral
  properties of an image. The disparity maps of resulting rectified
  images are compared to a ground truth measurement obtained from a
  pair of horizontally aligned cameras.},
