  annote = {We present a system for on-line mathematical formulas
    recognition. The main principles of the method we applied for
    recognition are explained. It is based on the structural
    construction paradigm and utilizes a sort of two-dimensional
    grammars called coordinate grammars. Grammar productions are used
    to model spatial relationships among mathematical symbols. The
    system itself has been developed as a web application in HTML5. We
    give details on its client-server architecture and user
    interface. We also discuss advantages of the chosen approach.},
