annote = {This thesis deals with design and implementation of an
  algorithm for optimal camera placement problem in 3D space.  We
  formulate the task as discrete combinatorial problem and solve it
  using binary optimization model (0-1 programming).  Program is
  implemented in Matlab. We also implemented an OpenGL display module
  with Matlab interface for fast displaying. The functionality of the
  algorithm is demonstrated in several experiments.},
