Take the PDF file with your manuscript and name it <first_author_surname>.pdf.
Letter case does not matter. When submitting more papers with the same first
author, give it an number.
Example:
Mr. Watson is the first author of one paper. He names his manuscript:
watson.pdf
Mr. Holmes is the first author of three papers. He names his manuscripts:
holmes1.pdf
holmes2.pdf
holmes3.pdf
- If you wish to attach supplementary material for the review
process (e.g. videos), pack it together with the PDF
file to a single ZIP file. Give the same name to PDF and ZIP files
according to the rules described above. Enclose index.txt file
describing the attached files.
Example:
Mr. Holmes wants his first contribution to be accompanied by
tracking.avi file. He creates the file index.txt with
the following contents:
tracking.avi: a video file which shows the tracking results
on the CITY video sequence
and creates the file named holmes1.zip which contains
the following files:
holmes1.pdf
index.txt
tracking.avi
Note: The content of the ZIP file (including filenames) must not
enable identification of authors. The only exception is the ZIP file
itself, and the PDF file containing the manuscript (holmes1.pdf).
These will be renamed by our system automatically for the sake of
blind review.
- Upload your submission by FTP.
ftp: cmp.felk.cvut.cz
Login as: anonymous
Change directory to: cvww03
Upload your file (use binary transfer).
- Go to paper registration page and fill in the
required information. Besides information about authors,
you will be asked for the name of the file you downloaded
to our FTP.
- Our system checks wheather the filename you specified
in previous step exists and sends a report to all authors
of that paper. The report contains a paper-specific ID and
password which you will need later.
