Workshop

The workshop will be held in Hotel Peršlák (view on the hotel) situated near the Czech – Austrian border (one kilometer from the northernmost point of Austria, distance from Prague and Vienna is the same - 162 km,   global map, detailed map). The participants will be accommodated in the hotel. Transportation other than by car is complicated; transportation from Prague can be arranged.

The workshop starts on February 2 at 15:00 and finishes on February 4, 1999 at 12:00.

The registration fee is CZK 1900, which includes workshop proceeding. The amount should be paid either by bank transfer to Bank: GE Capital Bank, a.s. Praha, branch Karlovo nám. 19, Praha 2,; swift code: AGBA CZ PP; Telex 121618 agb-c; Account name: CSKI; Accunt No: 2240603-504/0600 or in cash at the conference. The accommodation including breakfast costs CZK 1100 per person and two nights, the meals cost CZK 1000 for the whole workshop. The latter two sums are to be paid in cash directly to the hotel during the workshop.

The Venue

The Czech Pattern Recognition Workshop 2000 is a workshop of the Czech Pattern Recognition Society and also serves as the 5th annual meeting formed around three groups: the PRIP Technische Universität Wien, the Computer Vision Lab of University of Ljubljana, and the Center for Machine Perception Prague. The meeting is open to all interested. The workshop language is English.

The scientific program of the workshop will consist of invited papers, contributed papers, and posters. The proceedings of the workshop will be published by the Center for Machine Perception and distributed to participants at the workshop.

Paper submissions

Papers are to be submitted electronically. They should not exceed 10 A4 pages. Submission details are on the web.
