ECCV 2004: Call for demo session participation.

The goal of the session is to allow computer vision researchers to demonstrate vision algorithms in operation and to present the underlying principles in a manner not possible in a technical talk or a poster session alone.

The call is open to anyone active in the field including researchers, academic institutions and industry. Proposals will be assessed and authors of demo proposals will be notified about acceptance according to the schedule below.

Submission:

Please provide the following information:
  1. Title
  2. List of Authors
  3. Contact information (name, e-mail)
  4. A brief description of your demonstration (max 2 page PDF document), ideally a preprint of a poster explaining the demo.
  5. (optional) Video clips (MPEG) that support your proposal
by uploading a single zip (tar) file with the items listed on our anonymous ftp server:

put your_file
and send an e-mail to eccvdemo@cmp.felk.cvut.cz with Subject: Title-of-your-demo and the name of the uploaded file in the body.

A Best Demonstration Prize will be presented at the conference dinner.
