ECCV 2004 Presentation Instructions
Orals at the main conference May 11-14, 2004
- Sessions: Check the ECCV
Final Program web page for the day, time and session of your oral
presentation.
- Timing: 22 minutes have been
allocated to each presentation, including speaker setup, talk and question
period. Please leave at least 3 minutes for questions.
- Projection: There will be a laptop
projection only. Laptop projectors have a maximum resolution of
1280x1024. There will be no VCR, and no
overhead projectors.
- Important: Please be in the lecture
hall at least 15 minutes before the start of your session.
Introduce yourself to your session chair, get any last-minute instructions
from him/her, and make sure your laptop works. In particular, all
speakers must check before the session begins that the laptop &
projector work together.
Posters at the main conference May 11-14, 2004
- Sessions: Check
the ECCV Final Program web page
for the day, time and session of your poster presentation.
- Timing: Poster
will be up for the entire day. Please mount your posters before
9:00. Please put your posters down at the end of
the day.
- Poster boards: The
poster boards are 95 cm (37 in) high and 180 (70 in) cm wide. The stationary needed to
attach a poster to the boards will be provided.
- Tables and power supply will be
available next to each poster for presentations using a notebook.
Orals at ECCV Workshops May 15-16, 2004
- Timing: Each workshop has different time slot for the
presentations. Please check the individual workshop
programs
- Projection: Laptop projectors of maximum resolution of
1024x768 will be available. Please check if your
laptop is compatible with the projector before the session starts. Overhead projectors will
be available as a backup. There will be no VCR.
Posters at ECCV Workshops May 15-16, 2004
- Timing: Posters can be up during the entire day. Poster boards will
be numbered, see the programme booklet for your poster number.
- Poster boards: The poster boards are 95cm
(37 in) high and 180cm (70 in) wide. The stationery needed to attach a poster to the boards
will be provided.
- Tables: (1/2 table per poster) and 220V/50Hz power supply (one type-E
"French'' socket
per poster) will be available next to each poster for additional notebook presentations. Please bring your own socket adapter.
