ECCV-2004 tutorials will be held on May 10, 2004. The tutorials will complement and enhance the scientific programme of ECCV-2004. The purpose is to provide authoritative, focused, concise, and up-to-date introductions to various special topics, especially in dynamically growing fields of Computer Vision. Each tutorial is expected to be between 3 to 4 hours long.
The deadline for the proposals is December 15, 2003. Earlier
submission is encouraged. Proposals should include:
Tutorial title
Expected duration
Brief description of topics covered
Short biography(ies) of instructor(s)
The ECCV-2004 Organising Committee will select tutorials and short courses suitable for ECCV 2004. We reserve the right to cancel any tutorial or short course if the number of registered attendees is too low to support the costs related to organising and running the tutorial.
Proposals will be reviewed by the ECCV-2004 Organizing Committee and acceptance will be announced by January 15, 2004. Please, submit your proposal in electronic form (plain text, PostScript, or PDF) to:
