PhD Research

My PhD was supervised by Dr. Jan Kybic and revolved around medical image registration. Specifically we were interested in the use of multichannel image information similarity measures based on the Kozachenko-Leonenko entropy estimator and their applications to colposcopy image registration.

My dissertation is available from the CMP ftp server (pdf).

The code I wrote for image registration is available as a single tar file under the conditions specified by the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation. Appendix A of my thesis gives a comprehensive description of how to install and run the programs.
