 I did my PhD research in localization of surgical tools in 3D ultrasound data under co-supervision of Dr. Jan Kybic from CMP, and Dr. Herve Liebgott and Prof. Christian Cachard from CREATIS-LRMN funded by WARTHE project. 

I defended my dissertation thesis in April 2011 and obtained PhD degree from CTU in Prague and INSA Lyon. My current occupation and the C.V. is at LinkedIn.
