Software and data

The Matlab 6.5 or higher will be used throughout the course. Remaining software and data are listed below:

• Statistical Pattern Recognition Toolbox (STPRtool). Follow the instructions to install the STPRtool:
  1. Download STPRtool.
  2. Unpack the STPRtool to a directory of your choice.
  3. Run function stprpath from the root of the STPRtool. It is convenient to add this function to the Matlab startup file.
  4. In the case that problems with MEX-file occur run the function compilemex from the root of the STPRtool.
