Preparing data

  1. Please format your paper according to the instructions (they are very the same as for the submission).

  2. Additionally to the PDF version of the paper, prepare a separate text file (plain ASCII) containg title of the paper, authors' affiliation and abstract of the paper. Name it first_author_name.txt. Name the PDF file first_author_name.pdf. Examples: doubek.txt, doubek.pdf.

  3. You may also add any additional material. This will typically include videos, on-line presentations, html-pages, hi-res images, panoramas, sample codes, etc. The additional files may be organised in a directory tree. Please do not use any special accents when assigning names to the files.

  4. Pack all the files you would like to upload into one archive file and compress it. You may use tar+gzip, (pk)zip. Name the the file according to the first author. Example: ramalingam.zip.
