Testing 3D US Datasets

The package contains sample 3D ultrasound (US) datasets in .MAT format. They can be used for testing of localization of surgical tools in 3D ultrasound images. There are two types of data:

  1. RealPVA - contains 8 datasets acquired on GE Kretz US scanner
  2. SimData - simulated datasets using FIELD II with various distance and orientation of the tool to the US probe.

These datasets are free for non-commercial use, provided that their origin is properly attributed and any resulting scientific publication references our papers [1] or [2].
