Registration Fee
The fee is settled exclusively via bank transfer. Pick the currency that matches your institution and initiate the transfer right after submitting the form.

Each registration includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, social dinner, and conference materials. Participants from the same organization are encouraged to pay jointly; for grouped payments or a proforma invoice, please contact Eva Matyskova.

There is no refund in the case of cancellation. Exceptional situations will be handled individually by the organizers.
Accommodation & Extras
The registration fee does not include accommodation, breakfast, or parking. Please coordinate directly with Hotel Concertino. Reservation instructions will be posted shortly.
If you choose to stay at the recommended Hotel Concertino, we have allocated rooms at a discounted rate for all participants.
