The IL1745 and IL1445 UV Curing Radiometer systems perform complementary tasks in the development and control of a closely monitored UV curing system. These UV curing measurement systems were designed for production line monitoring, as well as development work to determine ideal exposure levels, times, and wavelengths. The standard detector can be used in production for monitoring absolute or relative lamp output. Measurements read out directly in W/cm2 & J/cm2, as well as in user programmable units. Optional quartz fiber optic inputs are available for high intensity applications.

The IL390C is intended for on-line production environment exposure integration measurements. One button control and direct readout in milliJoules/cm2 allow accurate measurements to be made by non-technical personnel. The IL290A offers these same features, with a spectral responsivity in the deep UV for short wavelength curing processes. The low profile (12.7 mm high) of the "Light Bug" design makes it small enough to fit in almost all UV curing ovens, and has been ruggedly designed to withstand this hostile environment as well as the abuse associated with conveyor delivery systems.

[ RAMP probe - 4 KB ]The IL1747 and IL1447 UV Curing Radiometer systems provide deep UV sensitivity in a low profile, heat resistant, side viewing probe. The quartz side view (+/- 45 deg field of view) diffuser optics and quartz fiber provide excellent UV throughput, while the chrome plated "dipstick" housing provides protection from the intense heat and degradation associated with this type of exposure system. The RAMP's square (5 x 5 mm) shape allows easy angular orientation and graduation of the three foot long probe (custom lengths available). Narrow band or custom filters can be added to the system for alternate spectral responses.
